What does a LEAD team do?
The acronym "LEAD" identifies four important components of each meeting. Team members seek to: LEARN, ENCOURAGE, ACHIEVE DREAM together to make a Kingdom impact.
We LEARN from each other:
• Study Church Multiplication and Mobilization training together
• Learn from each other's ministry experiences and expertise
• Share helpful ministry resources and ideas together
We ENCOURAGE each other:
• Sharing with each other, and praying for each other
• What is God teaching you these days?
• How are things with marriage and family?
• What is encouraging and difficult in your church or ministry?
We ACHIEVE together:
• Learn principles of healthy teamwork
• Practice healthy teamwork as we work together
• Make a kingdom impact together which we could not achieve alone
Benefits of belonging to a lead team:
• You'll be part of a national movement of leaders that is spreading across the country.
• You'll sharpen your ministry skills as you interact with great leaders in your region.
• You'll experience a sense of team that comes from working together toward a common goal.
• You'll personally help pastors and church planters experience renewal and hope for their churches.
• You'll see God mobilizing you and your church as you connect with other leaders.
